No LBC, just weather!

Well, the TV weather guys have been yammering about the rain expected in the
Portland area for the last couple days.  But today, I saw the real ones and
now I'll believe it!!  Hundreds of seagulls milling around in a city park.
When these guys come inland 65 miles, they know the pineapple express is on
it's way!!  Take shelter from the wind and rain!!
