Man am I glad this list is back!
Nothing like it anywhere on the net.
Now for my troubles......
1275 stock engine, 58 Sprite, twin 1.25 HS2 SUs
My front float leaks. Nothing uncommon but I have adjusted it, replaced
the needle and seat, swapped out the lid 3 different lids, 3 new
needles, same damn leak!
It does not leak with the key on and not running but fuel pump ticking.
It does not leak at an idle.
It starts to drip at 3000 rpms
It leaks good at 4500 rpms
And it squirts over the radiator at 6000 rpms.
Hoses are tight, leak is from the overflow vent.
It's a new one for me and unless I have 3 craked lids, I'm lost.
