They have a tendency to rust out at the rear suspension wishbones on  
the frame. They can be repaired, but it is a body off job. But if it  
is free and you can weld, well, Reg did one and got about 5K for it  
after. For those that do not know, Reg is an Englishman whom is the  
Frank of MGB's. He moved back to England last year :-(
