How high are they?

I am replacing the two rubber bumps on the inner fenders on my  Bugeye.  I 
ordered and received them from British Victoria Secrets, but  they are short of 
hitting the bonnet.  Then I saw there is a spacer under  them, but don't want 
to spend $20 to order them as I could make wooden  ones.  
My question is................How high are they?
