| I sprang for a 60 gallon 3HP IR compressor. Most of the compressors advertised at 5HP are really like 2 or 3. I consider the IR to be on the big side for a home compressor. It is a good compressor but it still struggles to keep up with my small blast cabinet. Your Craftsman will run a small blaster, but be ready for about a 10% duty cycle. Blasting something like a 13" wheel will take a while. It just takes a lot of CFM to make a blaster work. |
