[Spridgets] Fabric Tops

I was thinking of replacing my vinyl top with a fabric top. Has anyone 
found a good source for these that don't cost an arm and a leg?  M*$$ 
has some for over $600 but I've seen them on ebay and JC Whitney for 
around $300. The vinyl top gets to be too brittle in the cold to put up 
and down regularly during the winter months here in NC. I was also 
thinking that a zip out rear window would be nice.
