What's the decal in picture #6?

I could swear I saw a name on the side under the O.E.M. Iron Oxide.  All 
I can make out is "Andrea Dor..."????
Heck should only take Frank a week to get the car back to "as new"!  I 
think I'm busy for the east coast O.S.H.I.T. meeting.
