[Spridgets] viton valve stem seals

Has anyone ever used Viton valve stem seals? They look like they would do a
better job then the stock thin O rings that I am using now.

I was looking at them on the Austin America Web site
www.austinamericausa.com . Some good tech tips for installing the Viton seals
without removing the head.

Any thoughts??
