This will be the first of a string of event updates designed to keep you
informed! We'll showcase the good times to be had as Spridget Owners from
across North America (possibly elsewhere??) prepare for this once in a

*Driving Events!!*
*Digital Photo Scavenger Road Tour! *Bring your digital camera and laptop
along (or borrow one of our laptops!) and sign up for this fun event at the
registration table! You'll be given a list of clues. All you have to do is
solve the clues, drive to the locations and grab a digital photo of your car
at each location. The one who gets the most clues correct and has the photos
to prove it wins!! We'll show a sideshow of your photos during the banquet
and you can pick up a really nice award!
*Winery and Cave Scenic Tours! *Lake of the Ozarks is situated right in the
heart of Missouri Wine Country and we'll have lots of information available
at the registration table that will allow you to plan a scenic Spridget
driving tour. There are many great wineries, spectacular caves, and great
lunch stops on some of the twistiest back roads you've ever seen through the
Missouri Ozarks!!
*Driving Skills Funkhana! *Our pals Dr. Jim Danielson and members of the
Flatwater Austin Healey Club in Nebraska are bringing their fun and
challenging Driving Skills event down to the Lake. Jim assures us that
everyone will have a great time with this event and you don't have to be an
expert with a race car to participate. Its fun for everyone!!
*"50 Years of Spridgets" Autocross! *SCCA guy Rodger Grantham of the
Springfield, Missouri Greater Ozarks British Motoring Club is working with
David Lieb on a great little autocross event at the Lake! If you fancy
yourself a bit of a racer, this one should be a ball! They've got a
location that promises to be more exciting than any autocross you've seen in
quite a while!! Bring you Snell 2000 approved helmet, bolt in your roll bar
and try your luck in the competition!
