Jack et al,

I didn't think to post anything to the group.  As some of you know, I am a
retired Severe Storms Meteorologist with the National Weather Service. I
knew
the storms had not hit Osage Beach area but didn't think to post it.
Besides,
unless the hotel itself had been wiped of the face of the earth (very
unlikely in
that geological area) we still would have gone ahead with the event.

Fair warning....  We won't "wuss out" if it rains either   ;-)    I don't
even have a
top on my midget.
