Several years ago I was watching a college football game that was being played
in a driving rain. Coach Bill Curry was one of the announcers and he made a
statement that hit at the very heart of my philosophy about weather
forecasting: Coach Curry announced, on national television, "If I were to get
another job, I would like to be a weather forecaster. It is the only job in
America where you can be wrong most of the time and still keep your job!"
My sentiments exactly. 8^)
