[Spridgets] Prospero's Wiring 73-74 Diagram

The Prospero Wiring Diagram for my car (MIDGET9) has the tach mis-labeled 
"Speedo" and the speedometer is labeled "Panel Light".  This may be obvious to 
the veterans among you, but it was not obvious to me.
