Yes I have to agree, outlook is indispensable.
Even better are the plug ins that allow the calendar and contacts to synch
with my phone.
The alerts pop up even when away from the PC.

Very much available for home use.  I've used it for nearly 10 years.
And the pricing it much more favorable now than 10 years ago.

Some love it; some love to hate it (all with all MS products).

I'm not a MS "fan-boy" but I've tried others - both at home and work
(I'm a recovering "IT professional") - and have always gone back to
Outlook.
