I sell on ebay daily, and while ebay won't let me list other payment
methods in their official payment listing, they have not done anything
to actually prevent payment by check. I outline payment methods in
the description, wait for the check or M.O. to arrive and clear and
then mark the listing on my-ebay as payment received. Then I can hit
the "create shipping label" button and am sent to Paypal to make a
label as usual. They have claimed that Paypal payment is the only
way, but it isn't true. It's just a pain in the butt to work around
it. Since Paypal doesn't cover many shipping methods (i.e. First
Class Mail to overseas) they can't enforce such a policy.
