One of the Bugeyes I considered buying has an unusually attractive roll bar
which I have not seen anywhere else. The fore&aft angle matches the angle
of the rear of the door. The side-to-side angle matches the angle of the
windscreen (bent at the top of the door above the rear brace). And the
height is slightly above the windscreen in proportion to that of the soft
top. It is the only roll bar I have seen that looked like it was designed
for a BE by someone with asthetic sense. The owner knows nothing about its
origin. Because none of the angles is 90 degrees, it is fairly complicated.
Any thoughts on how to find such a roll bar or a diagram from which one
could be made? It would not be all that hard to draw it full-scale on
butcher paper.
