I agree with Kurt.
Some of my LBCs sit for 6 months at a time in a damp leaky chicken coop, 
no water absorption problems.
Now is the ethanol dissolving the fuel lines or is it just moss like 
fuel lines made with todays "quality" rubber that just does not mix with 
gas?
That has been my only problem but using a german fuel line has 
eliminated that problem.
