I noticed in the news that a VW van, that was stolen 35 years ago in
Spokane, Wash., has been recovered. The owner turned in a claim back
then so the now FULLY restored van belongs to Alllstate Insurance.
(Story says van may be worth $27k now)!!!
That story got me wondering how things turned out with some of the
stolen items people have mentioned on this Spridget list. I remember
some Spridget body molds being stolen from the folks in Milford Mi, I
believe. Were they ever located?
And, didn't Willie Thompson have a work truck or trailer taken? I
don't think he visits this list much but some of you WI guys may know
how that turned out.
How about others I haven't remembered?
