On paper it sounds to have a base of a theory behind it by creating a
greater swirl within the head on the compression and exhaust strokes.
Although with many of these types of claims I tend to think the engine was
poorly before being stripped and had it just been cleaned out and re-built
without the mod the same result may have been achieved.
