This reminds me, move the jack stands way away from the vehicle before
lowering it. I had a relative with new foreign car; took it into a shop for
mechanical work. The young mechanic moved one jack stand from under the car,
but not far enough from the body of the car. Lowered the car; rrrip like a
cheap can opener up the side. Shop did pay for the body repairs. ...bill in
