Looks like a 1275 ( de-smogged head) with an SU fuel pump mounted in 
the engine bay (a sure future issue), some-sort-of master cylinders, 
HS2 carbs, padded dash, etc.etc.  Period accessories.... from a 
different period.    It IS shiny, though.
