[Spridgets] Wav file to MP3 or WMV not really LBC

Hi list,
 
I have a 90minute cassette tape that I've managed to record on my PC  as a 
90 minute wav file.  The entire 90 minutes is talking.  How can I  get the 
wav file to convert to an MP3 or WMV file?
