Thanks for the link. I had a look and, wow, there's a lot of different types.
The holes are less than 3/8" diam. and are not slotted. But there are 'blind' 
in the semse that I can't get behind the sheet metal   ;-(
Any recommendation as to which one I should use for use in sheet metal?
