Any machine shop can ream these bushings.
They just have to do it in 2 steps.
Set it up in their jig, ream the small hole then ream the large hole.
I watched my machinist do it a few times for me this way.
And then there was Peter's way out at the Buster Cluster, it worked.
I'll let him explain that one.
