[Spridgets] engine rebuild

I am considering having the 1275cc engine in a '59 bugeye rebuilt.What  
would be a fair price to rebuild it if I remove it from the car and  
bring it to the shop.Does anyone know of a good person or shop in  
Alabama for rebuilding these engines?I live in Huntsville,Alabama.
