Start with a sisal wheel, then a spiral sewn wheel, then a buffing wheel.
Use white compound, or start with grey if it's really scratched. Finish with
rouge. Use a fast motor if you have one. Get some Kevlar gloves so that
you'll only burn your arms. Take your jacket off before the wheel does.
If you only have a 1725 rpm grinder motor, expect two stainless strips to
require at least one six-pack.  It's slow work.
