Wherever you want.  Just note where the rotor is pointing and start
the 1-3-4-2 there.
Make sure it is at TDC on the compression stroke.
Easy way is TDC with both valves closed, IIRC.
On the way up it should blow through the empty spark plug hole when on
compression stroke.
