Exactly.
As a worker at a for-profit engineering company, I can assure you
that there is NO WAY anyone is sitting on the answer to better cheaper energy
without shouting it from the rafters. In fact, it's so "not there" that no one
is even doing the "vapor-ware" fake stuff that the software industry does.
