64 was the only year with 1/4 epiliptic springs and Wire wheels as far as I
have gathered.  Except for the Sebrings but that is a whole nother horse

Some early cars were titled the year they were sold instead of the
year they were made.
So, a crossover year car could have been titled as a later year.
