Unless you have a Miata. You can bolt a turbo onto a stock Miata motor and at least double the HP. The motors have the internals to handle the boost. You just need a snail and bigger injectors and engine management. I don't think anything but all out race motors will take 30+ pounds of boost but the older Miatas do fine up to 18 or so. > > Point is, as stated, build the engine first and you ought not have > problems...under modest boost. > > Herb |
