The scurvy devils are better organized than we are. Each group of them
has their own thing that they want, they make a plan and work towards
it, and figure out how to get our money before we discover their plan.
We on the other hand have to be on the look out for attacks from lots of
different directions, and we would rather spend our time doing our own
thing such as spending time on our cars, etc. so we don't want to spend
a lot of time discovering these scurvy devils.

I like to think that if a politician stated that they wanted to reform
wallstreet and fix this and fix that, that they would attract attention
and votes. However I think most of the voters are ignorant and are out
for their own thing, so the politician that supports wallstreet also has
something else he promises that is attractive to some part of the voters
and gets elected despite the bad things he wants to support. Too many
voters have selfish interests in mind that benefit them but don't
benefit the majority of people.
