Are downflow radiators more or less efficient than the crossflow type?

Jim,
         It's been said that the down flow radiator can cool a 
truck,,,,, IF it gets air flow. Try to  mimic the sheet metal that 
the BE had for that bonnet. Make the air flow through the radiator.  It works.
