The previous place I worked at the guys that interpreted test results and
calculated stress values from drawings were known as analysts , When we got
a new computer system their office got a new location title and all their
documents were prefixed ANAL.
Actually due to the nature of their job , most of them were !

At work we have office symbols. One of my friends were given OG/ASMO. I am
surprised that the higher ranking officers have not caught on.
We have to include them in email signature blocks and his emails go to the
Pentagon for official government business.
