[Spridgets] Harmonic balancer bolt, to loctite or not to loctite?

What is the list consensus on loctiting the harmonic balancer bolt on a
moderately warm 1275?  Or, as with many fasteners on our cars do we just
torque to the specified value and leave it at that?  This is an aftermarket
bolt that is longer and tougher than the original.
