Loctite is cheap, a crank damper that works loose won't be. In a message dated 14/07/2011 00:43:05 GMT Daylight Time, frog.aye at gmail.com writes: What is the list consensus on loctiting the harmonic balancer bolt on a moderately warm 1275? Or, as with many fasteners on our cars do we just torque to the specified value and leave it at that? This is an aftermarket bolt that is longer and tougher than the original. Hal |
