This may be late.  You can get lines at your local auto parts house.  The 
problem is the fittings on the end of the lines.  I did not know of any sources 
for those fittings so I cut the ends off the old lines and used those fittings. 
 You have to get / borrow a special flaring tool (forgot what it is called) to 
flare the new line after putting the fittings in place.  As I recall they are 
not all the same so be sure to note which fitting goes where.
