[Spridgets] Before I start fabricating

I like to take the license plate mounts from rubber bumper cars
because they have the license plate lights built into them.  Then, you
can run without rear bumpers, if you wish, as the license plate lights
on some Spridgets are built into the rear bumpers.  On a Bugeye,
though, it will differ.
