W/O looking at Snap-On site, they also have a driver that has the hex 
on shaft next to the
handle which an Open End Wrench (7/16", IIRC) that is REALLY 'handy' ! ! !

If it appears these screws haven't been out [if ever] in a LONG time, 
NOW is the time to
"foam" on/into your favourite penetrating fluid ! ! !  Oh yeah, *NOT*  
WD-40 --- LOL ! ! !
