Kirk,
Another possible solution is a flexible line from the mc with the
appropriate fitting for the mc and a banjo fitting at the slave cylinder
end,  This is what Paul A supplied to go along with my 5-speed conversion.
Still needed a little bit of adaptation 'cuz it was really for the later
mc, not the original one in FROG AYE.  If you go this route, make sure
there's clearance for the hose as it exits the mc and clears the pedal
box.  I had to replace the 90 degree end fitting with a 45 degree one.
