Be careful of "boot leg" rubber....    ;-)   Ask Dave Woerpel.  He and I
spent a couple of hours along with Frank at a Toms River, New Jersey glass
shop trying to learn how the "pros" do it.  Not sure we learned a lot other
than some very creative expletives from the two New Jersey Italians who
were showing us....    The windshield was from the Holy Sprite and the
grommet we had to work with didn't fit very well illiciting all sorts of
vulgarity from the "pros". We learned that it could be done but having the
right tools is essential to success.
