One engine that was high rev that comes to mind was the older Saturn =
back in the 90's and earyl 2000.  You might scope it out to see if it =
would be a better option to use on a Sprite

  Each is designed for a specific engine/application so will have =
alternator rpm to match engine rpm.  Figure on an 8000 rpm engine in a =
road car - Honduh - to have a wide rpm range compared to the =
Sprite/Midget.
