The car in the Graduate was an Alfa Duetto Spider. Alfa offered a Spider in 
"Graduate" form in the later 80s  in bare trim rather than the Veloce or 
Quadrofoglio to appeal to "graduates" on a lesser budget. 

Kirk and many others have been on this list for many years, and this list draws 
upon everything automotive as well as cats, Zappa, witchcraft.
