Wheel bolt patterns and Wheel sizes

Is there an easy way to change the front bolt pattern to 5 on 4.5?  Can the 
current rotors be converted?

My application is a series II alpine.

What is the largest size tire/wheel that will fit under the body with out 
cutting the body? Someone said this has been discussed, where would I find 
archives for the list.
