Hi Steve,
I just posted to you the Oil filter (NAPA) subject. I didn't notice
that you had another posting to me.
I don't work for Pacific Bell. They recently became a provider and
they offer several services such as dial-up which is what I have.
The Carefree Access Pricing (CAP) gives you 20 hours of internet access
a month for $14.95. Any additional hours are fity cents per. The
maximum they will charge you in one month on this plan is $19.95. So
if you have a month in which you don't use it so much it may cost you
less than the $19.95.
The other plan is called Basic Access Pricing. This is the lower priced
plan but you get less access time. It costs $9.95 a month for ten hours
and $1 an hour over the ten hours. There is no limit on this plan as
to how much it may cost you!
Your plan sounds quite attractive price wise but jeez, one hour at a
time? What do you do if you are downloading a file that takes up more
than one hour?

I've had this plan about three months and when I first got it I went
to their site and downloaded the free software. There was no setup fee.
I don't know if that is still in effect.
