It would be beneficial to many Tiger owners to know as much as possible
about roll bar designs and supporting structural considerations as
possible that is directly relevant to the Tiger's frame and sheet
structure. This is why I've entered the following questions in addition
to the prospet of designing a roll bar for good ol' B382001560 that is
as light weight as possible yet sturdy enough to function.

Although the full width street roll bar for the Tiger has a fairly good
mounting support near the rear frame rails, how sturdy are the diagonal
rear mount support arms and the sheet metal under them?

Has enyone ever seen or inspected a Tiger (with a roll bar) that has
been rolled?

What was roll bars attachment base condition and how well did the roll
bar protect the occupant(s)?

Were there any other diagonal structural support bars connecting the
main roll bar hoop to other areas of the car's internal sheet structure?

Some of the singular hoop type roll bars in Tigers seem to have a weight
advantage since the bar is usually only behind the driver's seat.
What mount supporting structure is needed or recommended at the center
of the rear shelf for a single hoop bar? Were custom under shelf
fabrications needed to improve the support?

Has anyone installed additional support tubes or structural support on
the Tiger roll bars that are available and if so, where did the
additions connect to the existing Tiger sheet metal or frame?
