As the resurecter of a Tiger that was a lot worse than you describe, I can
tell you that ,yes, it can be done. I would keep in mind that you will
never have the cherry, $20,000-$25,000 car that you might see advertised.
then again, if I had to buy a tiger in good driving condition, I couldn't
afford it. Parts cars are always a plus so make sure you get what your car
needs from it before you sell it off. Good luck.
