Tiger Folks,
        Thanks for the quick response:  So far I have received
the following recommendations:

LeBrun: Air in brake fluid.
Laifman: Front wheel bearings and adjustment.
Carter: Shocks worn.
Richards: Recheck disks with dial indicator.  Check caliper alignment.
( no pulse is felt in brake peddle).
Atherton: Warped disks.  Check rear drums via E-brake for pulsing.
Crawley: Worn mounting pins on brake caliper.

I will recheck all these items. The only suggestion I don't understand
is Mr Crawley's.  The Girling caliper has no pins except for the two
pins that hold the pads. Are these what you are refering to?
