Follow the logic:

I just saw an e-mail from Ramon referring someone to Dale for vented discs.
Let's say this person goes to Dale and gets discs from Dale on credit, does
that make Ramon liable for the bill because he referred this customer to Dale?

By Sunbeam Supreme standards it would!

My friend referred someone (unknown to my friend) to buy some items from
Simon James, Simon gave out the items on credit and must of figured my
friend and myself (not even part of this referral) liable???????

After over two years of waiting for parts and or money from Simon I went to
England and demanded my money. Then Simon figures the dollar conversation
at current exchange rates not the rate when the deal was made two years ago,
once again to favor him. I would be safe to say that most open invoices carrying
an interest rate in the favor of the person holding the note, but not in
the world of Sunbeam Supreme. From my last posting I got many, many e-mail's
to me with similar stories. The Most common story was how Simon James
charges your credit card sends some if any product to you (up to a year or
more) with some items missing which requires you to chase him for refund or
remaining product. Of course you have to hope you even get the part that you
ordered and not one you have to modify to make it work. In the time that
elapses he use your money interest free.

So when he said he would send the money owed to me to my friend in England
he sent half and told my friend to collect the moneys owed to Simon by this
referral. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR A MONEY GRABBER!!!

By the way to all that plan on buying an overdrive transmission from him,
ask for discount so you can buy your own can of degreaser, since most of the
time that is all he does to these units. They are pulled of off cars cleaned
NOT REBUILT but sold as rebuilt.

I found out my 3 transmissions and more went to a customer in the US
sometime last year, at the end I am glad they went back East and not to me
as they
were probably not rebuilt and waiting to break down on some poor customer.

When you buy from over seas KNOW the vendor!
Thank you,
Marla and Don Bruce
