-Being a firm believer in KARMIC-justice, the often-mentioned
individual who has ripped-off others in the TIGER community will
probably reincarnate as a slug....and his grandkids will pour salt on
him.
-Did this individual us the USPS? Then you have an "open-&-shut" case
of mail-fraud. Check with the Post Office. They'll go after him.
-If they used other means of shipment, you have recourse as to
violations of the UCC regarding trade & commerce between buyer/seller
and mis-representation of goods/advertising.
-Make it known to the IRS this person likes "cash" payments-they'll
love the tip about un-declared income.
-There's plenty of ways to make someones life uncomfortable for being
a sleazy rip-off.
