engine instillation

I am restoring a M1A tiger the body restoration is almost complete. I will
be putting the motor, trans and running gear back in the body. I have added
tiger headers to the engine. I removed the motor by removing the front cross
member. Anybody have any suggestions on which way to replace the motor with
the headers, from above or below?
