Mike,

Hope you didn't consider my comments about "hammer to fit" to be a slur
against Rick's products.  His are always of the best quality.  My
comment concerns headers made from welded tubing, regardless of source,
tend to vary from unit to unit.  These things are hand fabricated
with very simple fixtures, and a little difference in a tube placement
generally doesn't matter to the trade.  Tigers, however, are most
unaccommodating in room.  Small variations can cause big headaches, and
those variations come with the fabrication methods.  Just got a
E-mail, as did you, about needing a few hammer dents to clear on
installing a header from Rick.  Wasn't a dig, just a warning to get it
fitted
before spending $300 on a coating that will not tolerate any hammer
blows.
